| | Prize Mining Corporation ("Prize") (TSXV: PRZ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ascenta Capital Partners Inc. ("Ascenta") of Vancouver B.C., to provide investor relations services to Prize, effective immediately.
Ascenta is a full services company and will assist Prize in all areas of investor relations and corporate communication, designed to meet Prize's need for increased shareholder following, market liquidity and share appreciation potential.
In consideration of the services to be performed, Ascenta will receive a monthly fee of five thousand dollars ($5,000 CDN), during the term of the agreement. In addition, Ascenta will receive a total of 250,000 incentive stock options ("Options") exercisable at $0.55 per share. The Options shall be exercisable as to 25% on signing of the agreement and 25% every quarter thereafter and in accordance with the terms of the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan (the "Plan") and Policy 4.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange ( the "TSX"). The Term of the Agreement is for a twelve (12) month period and is subject to review and acceptance by the TSX.
Prize looks forward to it's new relationship with Ascenta and improved Investor Relations services to all existing and future shareholders of the Company.
