Prize Mining Sells Shares of Eagle Plains

| | CALGARY, ALBERTA - Prize Mining Corp. (TSXV: PRZ) (the "Corporation") announces that the Corporation has now completed the sale of 500,000 shares of Eagle Plains Resources. These shares were the free trading portion of the two million shares issued to Prize as partial payment for the sale of the Company's portion of the Yellowjacket Project at Atlin, BC (see news release dated June 10, 2010).
Proceeds from the sale of these shares will be used for general working capital purposes.
