| | Muskox Minerals Corp. (the "Corporation") (MSK: TSXV) is pleased to announce that the Corporation will commence trading of its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ("FSE") on January 29, 2004.
The trading of the Company on the FSE will be under the ticker symbol 'MQS.gr'. The WPK number will be 936024 and the ISIN number will be CA6279111000.

The Frankfurt Exchange will greatly facilitate trading in our shares by German and other European investors and institutions. Muskox Minerals Corporation is a Canadian company, which is currently working in Joint Venture with Anglo American Exploration (Canada) on the Ni-Cu-Pd-Pt potentials of the Muskox Layered Intrusion in Nunavut, northern Canada. In addition the Corporation is conducting an active exploration program on the gold-bearing bedrock deposits at Pine Creek in the Atlin area of northern British Columbia.
