Muskox Minerals Corporation (Muskox) is pleased to announce that it has contracted the services of Mr. Grant Hall of Tucson, Arizona to act on its behalf in providing services in the areas of corporate communications and investor relations. Mr. Hall will replace Mr. Tom Corcoran. The Board of Muskox Minerals thanks Mr. Corcoran for his efforts and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
Mr. Hall is well known in the Canadian and the U.S. investment community with 18 years experience in retail brokerage and managerial roles with firms such as Richardson Greenshields and Refco. Mr. Hall, with his knowledge and enthusiasm, is a welcome addition to Muskox Minerals Corporation.
Muskox has no prior relationship with Mr. Hall and Mr. Hall does not currently hold any Muskox shares. Mr Hall will act as Corporate Communications Manager for Muskox on a six-month initial term contract. As such, Mr. Hall will undertake all aspects of the communications process (both internal & external), designed to meet Muskox's need for increased shareholder contact and the timely dissemination of information to the market.
In consideration of the services to be performed by Mr. Hall, Muskox will pay the sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred ($4,500Cdn) Dollars per month for his services, during the term of the Agreement. In addition, Muskox will grant a total of 350,000 incentive options at an exercise price of $0.24, of which 175,000 options will vest immediately, with the remaining 175,000 options vesting upon renewal of his contract after six (6) months. The term of the agreement is six (6) months and may be renewed by mutual agreement thereafter.
